Artist's Comments
This is from art class. The assignment was to design CD art for a favourite song using ALL the lyrics but without using pictures of the band or the band's logos. I chose "Magdalena" by A Perfect Circle, because it makes me turn into an inarticulate puddle of goo every time I hear it.
I used crimson and purple gouache (my new favourite medium, btw) because I think it relfects the rich sensuality of the song. This is just the back cover. If I get around to fixing up the rest, I'll sumbit that too. |
